How it works
Mulan's nonstop Revives and single-target burst clear the whole board. Once awakened, Shangguan and Cheng Yaojin gain 8 Ancient Coins per round from their Setup effects, giving Mulan 2 more Revives; playing Luna re-triggers Cheng Yaojin's and Shangguan's Setup effects, stacking without limit (up to 10 Revives).
Positioning
Keep Mulan in the back row so she doesn't eat burst damage and waste Revives. Watch out for Uncle Ban's Level 3 Electromagnetic Spring: when the opponent has Uncle Ban's traps, move all your allies to the front row.
Equipment
Mulan should carry Endless Greatsword + Frozen Abyss + Blazing Dominator; for artifacts, pick Robot Head and Soulbane Crown. If the opponent plays Erin, Ali and Di Renjie, go Frozen Abyss + Blazing Dominator + Thornmail or Frost Heart. (With Robot Head you don't need Blazing Dominator.)
Stage by stage
Get your commander to level 5 fast and buy same-faction cards when they show up in the shop. The free Kai and Dun can be kept as backup front-liners. Awakening priority: Shangguan > Li Bai > Mulan. Buy Luna first if she appears in the shop, but don't play her yet. Second auction priority: Shangguan > Mulan > Luna > Li Bai > Wu Zetian.
Once the lineup is complete, keep combining cards to earn the pouches 【Awaken / Mass Awakening / Last-Minute Sharpening / Full Mobilization】, and always buy Luna from the shop — all of these add Revives for Mulan. Taiyi costs nothing, so keep him on the bench as a revive source; with spare energy, buy Zhong Kui to awaken and keep him long-term. Third auction priority: Glimmer of Life > New Blood > Proof of Breakthrough > Energy Supernova.
Recommended talents & effects
Talents
Prioritize Ancient Coin talents, then Muster the Troops, Full Formation or Reinforcements to finish the lineup early. For equipment talents, go in this order: Robot Head > Soulbane Crown > Hundred-Forged Blade > Thunder Driver > Azure Lotus Sword Manual.
Effect cards
Use Awaken or Mass Awakening on Luna; use Last-Minute Sharpening and Full Mobilization on Shangguan. All of them trigger Setup for extra Ancient Coins, adding Revives for Mulan (up to 10).
Recommended commanders
For Strategic Decrees, prioritize profit accumulation, fixed income and risk protection. For Secret Arts, prioritize level-up XP; at level 6 pick the Signature 【Resource Redistribution】: gain artifacts and restore HP when an opponent is eliminated.
Reach level 5 quickly early on and remember to field 3 【Heluo】 heroes before opening the first Secret Art. Collect enough same-faction cards and keep your win streak before going to level 6; the second Secret Art works like Muster the Troops.
Pick 【Hexagram · Restraint】 at the start and in round 4; take energy for the first Secret Art. Get your commander to level 5 fast, then immediately look for cards to complete the lineup, and use the temporary refreshes from Hexagram · Abundance to find Luna and combine cards.
